Congress Registration Fees include:
-Badge with access to all conferences and exhibition. A name badge will be provided with your registration documents on site. For security and regulation purposes, the wearing of this badge is compulsory at all times both inside the Palais des Congrès Nice Acropolis.

Modifications / Name Substitutions:
-For changes in registration, a processing fee of €20 will be charged , except for name substitutions which will be treated as new registrations
-All changes must be requested in writing to the Organising Secretariat
Cancellation Policy for Registration:
-Cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail or fax but NOT by E-MAIL) to the Organising Secretariat and are subject to the following conditions:
For cancellations received up to 14 November 2012 : 50% will be withheld for administrative fee
From 15 November: no refunds will be issued
All registered participants who did not notify cancellation to the Organising Secretariat in writing before the Meeting will be liable to pay for the full registration and accommodation fees.
We kindly remind you that all invitation letters will be issued only after registration and full payment.
No invitation letter will be send who’s not registered nor paid in full.
